Corrections are the most valuable thing you can send us — they make the site more accurate for everyone who reads it afterwards. Topic suggestions and unanswered questions run a close second.

We read everything. We do not offer individual consulting, supplier introductions or paid placement of any kind.
What we can help with
- Correcting a factual error or an out-of-date rule
- Clarifying a page that was ambiguous
- Suggesting a topic that would help your industry
- Reporting a calculation that gives the wrong answer
What we cannot do
- Give legal, tax, customs or investment advice
- Review your contract, quotation or product
- Recommend a specific supplier, broker or platform for a fee
- Accept payment for coverage, ranking or links
Sending a good correction
Four lines are enough, and they make the difference between a fix that takes an hour and one that takes a fortnight:
- The page. The title or the URL.
- The sentence. Quote it exactly, so there is no ambiguity about which claim is in question.
- Why it is wrong. A sentence of explanation is fine; a link to the official source is better.
- What it should say. If you know the correct position, say it — that is often the fastest route to an accurate rewrite.
Every material correction is described on the page with the date it was made. If we disagree, we will tell you why rather than making a silent edit or ignoring the message.
