Library
Everything we publish that is not for sale: four desks of written guidance and a set of open reference lookups. Built first for the brands and buyers we work with, and left open for everyone else.
Everything in the library
Wellness tea
A system rather than a page: sourcing and blending, the botanical reference with caffeine and cautions, per-market classification, and what a slimming tea actually contains.
Open deskTrade Lane
Cross-border trade made legible: who pays what, which documents travel with a shipment, and how payment terms move risk between buyer and seller.
Open deskWellness Desk
For people buying for themselves: reading a supplement label, judging a testing claim, checking a seller and getting a refund when something goes wrong.
Open deskFree lookups
Open reference data: the ingredient index, the certification decoder, market rules by country, the supplier check and the cost calculators.
Open deskHow to use the library
Three routes depending on what you are doing today:
- You are making a commercial decision — pricing, an order, a supplier, a market. Start with the free lookups, which are reference data rather than opinion, and verify the specific point with the authority named on the page.
- You are building something — a brand, a product line, a first hire. The playbooks are sequences with a decision at the end of each one.
- You are spending your own money — the wellness desk is written for you, in the same language as the professional pages but without assuming any background.
What we will and will not publish
Guides on this site follow the editorial standards: primary sources for anything that could cost you money, the arithmetic shown for every figure, and a clear statement of where a rule varies by country or changes often. We do not publish invented statistics, and no page in this library has been paid for by anyone.
Frequently asked questions
Why publish all of this for free?
Because the information is not secret, it is scattered. A buyer who understands certificate scopes, permitted ingredient forms and market notification duties makes better decisions — and a better market to work in. Charging for the reference data would only reduce how many people use it.
Is there a newsletter?
One, called The Wednesday Note: an ingredient or labelling change worth knowing, a sourcing lesson, and anything new added to the free tools. One email a week, unsubscribe in one click.
Can I reuse this material?
Quote and link freely, and use the checklists in your own supplier packs and internal documentation. What we ask is that you do not republish substantial parts as your own content, and that you do not present the material as legal, medical or regulatory advice to your customers.
