Cross-border trade rules, tax rates, duty classifications, consumer rights and payment regulations differ between jurisdictions and change frequently. The calculators

The calculators are provided as estimating tools. They run in your browser using the inputs you supply, and they deliberately simplify. They do not classify goods, do not look up tariff rates, do not apply jurisdiction-specific fees, duties or exemptions, and do not constitute a customs valuation or an accounting statement.

You may use the outputs commercially and without attribution. The outputs are estimates to support a decision, not a substitute for a broker's advice, a filed declaration or a professional's opinion.

Acceptable use

You may read, quote and link to this site freely. You may not:

  • Republish substantial parts of the site as your own content, whether or not you identify the source;
  • Scrape the site in a way that disrupts access for other readers;
  • Misrepresent the content as professional advice, or as advice endorsed by us for your situation;
  • Use the site in a way that breaks the law in your jurisdiction or ours.

Quoting a short extract with a link back to the page is welcome and does not require permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, and the courts of that place have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that nothing here removes the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence, or your right to bring a claim there where the law allows it.

Sourcing, supply and quotation terms are governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement, which takes precedence over this page for anything it covers.
